Do we need an Authority to Print before ordering receipts?
Yes — official receipts, sales invoices and other accountable forms require a BIR Authority to Print before they can legally be printed. We help you prepare and file the application, so you can start the conversation with us before the ATP is in hand.
How long does the ATP take?
It depends on your Revenue District Office and how complete your documents are. We tell you exactly what to submit up front to avoid a second trip, and we track the application with you.
What is your turnaround?
It varies by job — plies, binding and quantity all change press time, and accountable forms wait on the ATP. Every quote we send carries the specific schedule we can commit to for that run.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums differ by product. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you whether it is workable and what quantity would price better.
Do you deliver?
Delivery within Metro Manila is free. Outside Metro Manila we arrange shipping and quote the freight with the job.
Can you match an existing form?
Yes. Send a sample or scan of the form you are using and we will rebuild it — same layout, same plies, corrected permit details.
